Our transition to a Distribution System Operator (DSO)

We will continue to share our vision for our transition to a DSO with stakeholders and give them plenty of opportunities to help shape our strategy and approach.

We made a commitment to keep our stakeholders fully involved as our vision for our transition to a Distribution Systems Operator evolves.  We want to make sure that interested stakeholders have the opportunity to give feedback that will help shape future outputs and contribute to our strategy.

The activities of the Open Networks Project, the group tasked with leading the discussion, remain ongoing and for that reason we will continue to hold an open dialogue with our stakeholders and customers, so that they understand the market opportunities that exist and how best they can be utilised.

We delivered a number of DSO themed engagement sessions planned in this ICE plan year and we encourage our connections stakeholders to take part and play an active role in helping to shape our strategy and approach.
