    You can report a power cut online and get real-time updates by visiting our power cut map. If you would prefer to speak to one of our team, you can get in touch on the numbers below.

    In August 2024 our contact centre re-located to Riverside House, Colima Avenue, Sunderland, SR5 3XB. Our contact centre team and phone numbers remain the same.
