We created a simple online registration form that connections stakeholders can use to tell us more about the kind of information they want to receive from us. This information will enable us to deliver more targeted communications and engagement.
Recognising that not every connections stakeholder or customer will have an interest in every piece of information we have to share, we made a commitment to create a new process where connections stakeholders can register to receive information that is interesting and relevant to them. Doing this would enable us to deliver more targeted email communications and improve the quality of our engagement.
We acted quickly, introducing a new downloadable web form in July 2018 that allows stakeholders to tell us about their preferences. We aim to replace this by the end of 2018 with an automated web based process and roll it out to our 4000+ connections email subscribers in Q1, 2019.
