Following feedback from ICPs we now publish the average time it takes us to issue point of connection and design approvals on our website every month.
A comment was made during one of our ICP Seminars about the time is takes us to issue ICP
design approvals. To address this, we made a commitment to publish the average time it takes us to issue ICP point of connection and design approvals on our website so that information was more visible
and accessible to all.
Since June 2017, we have published the data on the ‘how are we performing’ page of our website every month, thereby over delivering on the commitment we made.
