Our teams have been working through the night where they can to get those customers who are without power due to the freezing weather conditions we've experienced over the weekend and into this morning, back on as quickly as possible.
Around 27,118 customers have so far had their power impacted, with the most impact seen across the Yorkshire region. Our teams have worked around the clock to get our customers back on and have so far managed to get power back to 27,014 customers.
We currently have around 104 customers affected from the first band of snow and freezing rain yesterday and still without power and we are continuing to support them any way we can including contacting them about the reopening of our warm hubs this morning. Our priority today is to get the power on for these customers.
Our network continued to be impacted by the wintry weather conditions overnight, leading to customers predominately across Yorkshire experiencing power cuts.
We want to thank our customers for their patience. We understand how difficult a power cut can be, particularly in these conditions, and our teams will continue to work until all of our customers’ power is back on.
Our live power cut map is the quickest way to report your power cut and get updates as it holds the same information that our contact centre teams have about when your power is expected to be restored.
