UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS IMPACTED BY STORM ÉOWYN:
Steve McDonald, Director of Operations said, “We have made significant progress today and have prioritised those customers who have been without power since Friday. We now have teams actively working on all 13 remaining repairs needed to get the 31 customers’ power back on, and our teams are working as quickly as possible to get those repairs done tonight.
“We know we have some customers whose power has been impacted by strong winds yesterday, and we will work on those as soon as our teams become available. We know this means some customers will be waiting longer than usual for their power to come back on, and I am sorry for the delay.
“We will continue to update the power cut map with our live progress and best estimate for getting your power back on, and if you need any additional support, please get in touch. You can call us on 105 anytime and we’ll do everything we can to help.”
