Another super busy day on Wednesday as part of Learning at Work Week 2024.

Newcastle University were in on Wednesday delivering a session on coaching, which has piqued the interest of some colleagues as we promote the L5 Coaching apprenticeship with them.
We also hosted our first LinkedIn Learning Awards as Wednesday was the first anniversary of our partnership with LinkedIn Learning. The Awards recognised all those colleagues who have really embraced the flexible, on-demand and self-paced approach to accessing learning.
Since we launched LinkedIn Learning one year ago, our colleagues have continued to use the platform to support their personal development needs, week in, week out.
In our first year, we have viewed over 1400 hours of learning content, completed almost 1000 courses and watched almost 25,000 videos across 2000 unique subjects!
Our winners were split into 4 categories and each person won £20 Amazon voucher:
The Power of Learning First Award - awarded to our early adopters and the first colleagues to complete a full course

The Power of Learning Most Award - awarded to our colleagues who regularly use LinkedIn Learning and have completed the most courses. We chose 7 people to represent the 7 days of Learning at Work Week.

The Power of Learning - Ultimate Impact Award - awarded for the use of the LinkedIn Learning course that has made the biggest difference at work
- Laura Lee - Administrator for Regional Customer Service Support
- Donna Beresford - Administrator for Regional Customer Service Support
