The event on 7th November 2017 will focus on getting
you up to speed and actively engaged in energy network innovation.
BEIS, Ofgem and the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) from across the UK are coming together to give you the opportunity to discuss the future of flexible energy and the role that communities could play in this transition.
DNOs from England, Wales and Scotland will be on hand to help you learn about new smart technologies and the innovation trials already underway in communities across the country.
Participatory workshops will also be run on energy storage, local supply, demand side response, engagement and others.
Communities who have been involved in innovation trials will share their motivations, experiences and lessons learned.
