I’m known in the organisation for being caring towards my customers. I’ve been a member of Team Powergrid for 12 months now and I love the fact that every day I get to feel that I’ve helped someone somewhere across our licence area with their power cut problems.
Accurate information is essential, but customers also like the fact that we can be proactive with our contact with them, particularly if the information we have told them needs to change.
