CONNECTIONS SERVICES APPLICATION FORMS

Download the application form for the connection service you require, complete it and return it to us by email or post. If you are acting as an agent you must provide a Letter of Authority (LoA) signed by the owner/occupier of the premises that confirms they have appointed you as the applicant with continuing authority to act on their behalf in respect of a new electricity connection or the modification of the existing electricity connection at the premises. Click here to view a sample LoA.

You can apply for either a quotation or a budget estimate.

Quotation - This is a connection offer that once accepted, will set out our detailed terms and conditions and will be binding on both parties. The quote will be valid for 90 days.

Budget Estimate - This will provide indicative costs and will not require a technical assessment or site visit. This is non-binding and cannot be accepted.

New Connections
  • New connection for a single domestic premises

  • New connection for up to four domestic premises

  • New connection for five or more domestic premises

  • New connection for a small non-domestic premises (Maximum capacity of 80A per phase) 

  • New connection for a large non-domestic premises (Capacity above 80A per phase)
